Donald Garrett, 52 was shot to death on August 16th outside of 2841 Millicent Avenue. Little detail is
available. All we really know is that one more person’s life has ended and we will stand in public witness
against more senseless violence. We will gather this Saturday, August 25th, at 12:00 noon on Millicent
Avenue.
